I love your dresses and actually received my order very quickly but didn't receive the shoes. I have tried three times by email and 1 time by phone (only because there appears to be no working number for this company) and can't seem to get any response from this company. All I am asking for is the shoes that I ordered or my money back so I can purchase other shoes for the beautiful dress that I did receive from your company for the flower girl in my daughter's wedding that is less than a month away. PLEASE RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS, I placed and received this order back in October but still cannot get a reply to any emails to resolve this issue. And what kind of company has no working phone number to address the needs of purchasing customers?
ReplyDeleteAddendum, I did get a response back from company this morning and they are sending my shoes express mail. Not sure why they didn't get my previous emails since I sent them the same way but am extremely happy at their response today and thankful that they are correcting the error now because their items are so amazingly beautiful and the prices are exceptionally good for the quality!
